The machine model 1006 allows a perfect ironing of any type of collar thanks to a patented system of moulds and countermoulds, easy to install and not expensive to product.
The machine operates with a double pressing system (first pressing-blade return/second pressing); a PLC system programs the pressing time. The pressing plates are covered with a special rubber to avoid making shiny collars ; a thermostatic system regulates temperature both on lower and upper pressing plates, ensuring an even heating of the collar and the highest quality results.
